Recently, they opened a new design studio that takes the planning process to a whole different level.

Instead of looking at a floor plan on a computer screen, your plans are projected full scale onto the floor. You can actually walk through your future home before it’s built.

Seriously.

You can stand in your kitchen. Walk through your living room. See where your furniture fits. Check hallway widths. Get a feel for room sizes. Even catch little things that might look perfect on paper but feel different in real life.

We’ve watched clients have lightbulb moments the second they step onto the projection floor.

Sometimes it’s confirming that the layout is exactly what they envisioned.

Sometimes it’s making a small adjustment that saves them from wishing they had changed something later.

Either way, it’s a whole lot easier to move a wall on a screen than after framing starts.
